Integrated Passive Devices (IPDs)
3DGS delivers high performance IPDs with glass core, including RF filters, couplers, baluns, and PA matching networks for 5G/6G, mmWave, and wireless communication applications. Our platform integrates high-Q inductors, MIM capacitors, and thin-film resistors on glass substrates, achieving low insertion loss and superior signal integrity for mobile, wireless infrastructure, and IoT devices.
5G and wiFi coexistence
Sub 6 GHz 5G n79 band can interfere with 5 GHz Wi-Fi channels. 3DGS high-pass and low-pass glass-core IPD filters provide compact solutions that integrate with SAW/BAW filters to resolve WiFi coexistence for mobile, wireless infrastructure, and IoT devices.
5G GaN PA Matching Networks
3DGS RF Matching Networks outperform MMIC solutions that provide significant SWaP-C benefits at a lower cost. Our designs enable GaN and other III-V power amplifiers to operate closer to saturation, delivering 3-5% efficiency gains and reduced power consumption for 5G base station applications
LC Resonators
Glass-core Integrated passive devices (IPDs) from 3DGS integrate high-Q inductors (Q>50) with high-density MIM capacitors (Q>150) to form ultra-thin LC resonators optimized for precision oscillators and timing circuits. These compact structures support stable frequency performance and are easily integrated into wireless communication modules, PLL IC packages, and multi-chip assemblies.
5G mmWave Bandpass Filters
3DGS provides custom design and fabrication of 5G mmWave filters with low insertion loss for demanding wireless applications. Our glass-core IPD platform delivers the precision and high-frequency performance required for next-generation mobile infrastructure.
